We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer who will help develop ServiceNow software solutions on client projects. The ideal engineer will bring their experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive agile culture initiatives. To be successful, one should effectively communicate with our development and operations team to orchestrate the creation or improvement of solutions that can scale. Our team aims for the sustainability!

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

Develop ServiceNow software solutions using several programming languages and technologies.
Manage CMDB
Possess strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication
Analyze system performance issues and determines enhancements
Handle Knowledge Base and Service Catalog administration.
Customize workflows, fields, forms, views, email notifications, roles, and access controls.
Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs
Provide input for technical documentation

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Proficiency in Javascript (Angular), HTML/CSS
CSA, CAD certification
Good communication skills in English

Nice to have:

CIS, Delta, Micro-certificate
Consulting experience
Experience in industries such as Pharma, Life Science, Finance, Banking, Travel, and Logistics
