Junior Product Owner

YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP

This role is for CODE LEAP's sister-company named AINAVIO.

AINAVIO is a startup providing an all-in-one cloud solution for the e-commerce industry to gather, enrich, and distribute product content at scale. We are using AI and workflow automation to help our clients improve their product information management. As a spinoff of a consulting company, we already have a large e-commerce company as our client and are financially backed to get our product to the next level.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

Assist in defining and breaking down tasks for development
Document features, workflows, and user stories in a clear and structured format
Follow up on sprint progress and help track deliverables
Communicate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
Participate in Scrum event meetings
Support product testing and validation when needed
Contribute to ongoing product improvements through feedback and data

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

From 2 - 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner/
Strong interest in e-commerce domain
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly responsible, proactive, and open to intensive, hands-on learning
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and structured communication
Strong self-awareness: You know what you want to learn and are intentional about your career growth
Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)
Must have solid English communication skills – both verbal and written
