Junior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

This role is for CODE LEAP's sister-company named AINAVIO.

AINAVIO is a startup providing an all-in-one cloud solution for the e-commerce industry to gather, enrich, and distribute product content at scale. We are using AI and workflow automation to help our clients improve their product information management. As a spinoff of a consulting company, we already have a large e-commerce company as our client and are financially backed to get our product to the next level.

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international careers, along with having a chance to learn the most modern technologies and prove their proficiency during challenging project engagements.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

Assist in managing Kubernetes clusters: deploy and monitor services using kubectl, Helm, and manifests
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions (YAML), job runners, caching, and secret management
Monitor system performance and application logs using Grafana, Loki, and Sentry
Collaborate with developers and senior DevOps engineers to troubleshoot issues in development and staging environments
Write and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and routine tasks
Participate in improving infrastructure security, reliability, and cost-efficiency

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

Key requirements

At least 2 years of working in software engineering with a strong focus on DevOps practices
Proven experience in using public cloud for development (prefers in Azure and Azure services: Azure Portal, Azure App Service, Key Vault, AKS)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub Actions, GitLabCI, Azure Pipelines, etc.)
Experience in setting, managing Kubernetes clusters, and troubleshooting common problems in Kubernetes
Understanding of monitoring/logging systems (Grafana, Loki, Sentry)
Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, etc)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience using Docker for local testing and image builds
Experience customizing Helm charts for environment-specific deployments
Comfort editing and managing YAML-based configs
